Here I've blended a face into a bunch of grapes seemingly suspended from the sky. The face seems to be trapped within the grapes, taking on their globular nature.
I started with this painting of a beautiful bunch of grapes from the Rijksmuseum website, which provides high-resolution images free to use and modify for any purpose, in their Rijksstudio. I love the simplicity of it, and I love how they are so 3D against a simple white background.
Because the grapes are suspended from a nail, with no floor, table, or other horizontal surface in sight, it is easy to imagine a background that is disconnected from the that is also free and open, like this photo from Pixabay, a source of copyright-free images.
I also used this photo from Pixabay. Her skin tones will blend beautifully with the grapes, and her eyes will give the innocent subject a devious look.
In iColorama's Effect/Blend, I blended the woman onto the grapes using Soft Light blending mode. I used my fingers to position the face so her features are clearly visible in the grapes. In the blend, I always experiment with the slider settings, including the opacity and feature sliders, but also the gray and lightness sliders under Set. Often the Set sliders can be used to take away parts of the top image that you would otherwise have to mask. However, it is not perfect, so you may have to do some repair later. I used Adjust/Tonelab preset 2 to lighten and for depth. Because there is always surface texture in these old paintings, and because there is skin texture on the woman, I applied Effect/Denoise and a tiny bit of Style/Flow for a smoother feel.
Again using Effect/Blend, I blended the sky image onto the woman/grapes, again trying several blending modes and slider settings.
I cropped.
I optimized the color in Tone/Enhance, and increased contrast a tiny bit in Adjust/Levels. I used Effect/Blend to blend in the sky image with an inverted medium-opacity brush mask to minimize the effect of the glare/edge to the left of the grapes. I applied, but before removing the mask, I toned down the color in the repaired area by toning with some low-opacity sepia in Tone/Sepia. Then I applied and removed the mask.
I added a Texture/Noise, using a low opacity brush mask to reduce the effect of the noise in the grapes. Then I cropped.
