I show how I created this image in iColorama-S on the iPhone.
I made this image by opening a canvas in iColorama and painting a brush mask with a large square brush at low opacity, and exporting the mask.
I used Brush/Paint to paint a black surround, creating the shape of a figure.
I blended the black and white mask image into my image at low opacity.
I used Tone/Tint to add color. I tried several presets and settings.
I used Effect/Blend to blend a photo of one of my acrylic paintings onto the image, in Overlay blending mode. I used a brush mask to include only the face in my blend.
This is my acrylic painting that I used.
I blended the same painting onto my image again, this time using a brush mask to include only the dress in my blend.
I made some additional fine adjustments to the color, using several different functions under Tone. Then I used Effect/Raise preset 1 with a low size, for emphasis.
To finish, using Brush/Paint, I added some lines. I used the smallest brush size setting.
