Q: What time is Drop off/Registration on Sunday? Where is it?
A: Registration starts at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday and closes at 5:30 p.m. When you drive onto the grounds of Twin Lakes Bible Camp, there will be a large brown building to your left called Harvest Hall. Registration will be inside.
Q: What time should my child be picked up on Friday?
A: We have closing ceremonies on Friday after lunch at 1:00 p.m. Campers should be ready to go around 2:00 p.m.
Q: Can I visit my child during the week?
A: Visitors are welcome. Please check in with the director, Nick Reed and the registrar, Christopher Swanson upon arrival. If your child has trouble with separation we find it best to not interrupt their week at camp once they are acclimated.
Q: Is there a fee if I visit?
A: Yes, depending how long you stay and if you plan to stay for a meal, there are fees.
Daily (grounds fee) - $10
Meals - $10 per meal
Q: Can my junior age child register as a senior? (And vise versa?)
A: We ask that children stay with the appropriate age group. Schedules, bible lessons, group activities, and games are developed for the two age groups we have at Iowa Bible Camp.
Q: What if my child has medication?
A: Medication must be turned in to the nurse with Iowa Bible Camp. The nurse will be at the registration table on Sunday afternoon for drop off and any specific instructions.
Q: How can I send my child mail during the week?
A: When children have mail we pass it out during lunch time. Keep in mind that it takes a little longer for mail to reach us so try sending it at the beginning of the week.

Q: Does my child need spending money for the week?
A: There are several opportunities for the children to spend money. We have a system for the children to put their money in an envelope and turn it in to the director to be kept in a tackle box. That box is at the canteen/gift shop when it is open for them to access. If they need money for the craft corner they can make arrangements to get the money they need. Money can be turned in at the registration table on Sunday afternoon.

Q: Is there a swim test for my child at the lake?
A: Twin Lakes Bible Camp conducts swim tests for the children to be able to swim in the deep end of the swimming area, use canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, and the banana boat. There is a shallow area in the swim area for those that choose not to take the test or don't pass. Swim tests are taken on Sunday afternoon (check for time at the registration table), and Monday morning/afternoon recreation times (weather permitting).
Q: Does my child have to participate in all the group related activities?
A: Throughout the week the children are a part of church sessions, group/team activities, and games. All campers must be in attendance unless excused by the director. They may not be off on their own. During recreation time they are able to choose from the water front, craft corner, climbing wall, archery, zip line, and mini golf.
