Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh is a Professor and Head in the CSE department of ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Gautam Buddha University (State Government University), Greater Noida, UP, India in 2015. He received his M.Tech. (CSE) with distinction from GGSIPU, New Delhi, India. Dr. Singh holds life membership of the Computer Society of India (CSI), life membership of IEI and is a senior member of the CSI and ACM. He is an associate editor of the International Journal of Information System Modeling and Design (IJISMD), Indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. Dr. Singh is also associate editor of the International Journal of Applied Evolutionary Computation (IJAEC), IGI Global USA, Security and Privacy, Wiley & International Journal of Information Security and Cybercrime (IJISC) a scientific peer reviewed journal from Romania. He has published close to 100 research papers in various peer-reviewed international journals and conferences, such as IEEE Access, Applied Intelligence, Multimedia Tools and Applications, and Computer Communications. He has received three sponsored research project grants from the government of India and HP worth Rs. 25 Lakhs. He has edited 12 books published by Springer and Elsevier. He has edited several special issues for SCI and SCIE Journals from Springer, Elsevier and IGI Global Journals and some of them are ongoing, which includes; Multimedia Tools and Application , Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems. He has 631 citations according to Google Scholar, H-index of 14 and i-10 Index of 25. His recently published a book entitled Handbook of Wireless Sensor Networks: Issues and Challenges in Current Scenarios from Springer, which has reached to 7400 downloads in recent months.

Prof. Sławomir T. Wierzchoń received MSc and PhD degrees in Computer Science from Technical University of Warsaw, Poland. He holds Habilitation (DSc) in Uncertainty Management from Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2003 he received the title of Professor from the President of Poland. Currently he is full professor at the Institute of Computer Science of Polish Academy of Sciences. His research interests include Computational Intelligence, Uncertainty Management, Information Retrieval, Machine Learning and Data Mining. He is an author/co-author of over 100 peer revieved papers in international journals and international conferences. He published, as author/co-author, 11 monographs from the field of Machine Learning. In the period 2000-2013 he co organized 13 international conferences on intelligent information systems. Co-authored proceedings from these conferences were published by Springer. He co-edited two volumes of proceedings of the international conference on Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management and he has served as a guest co-editor of three special issues of Information & Control journal. Currently, he is member of the editorial board for some international journals, as well as member of many program committees for international conferences. He cooperated with medical centers in the area of statistical data analysis and knowledge discovery in data bases.

Dr. Wiesław Pawłowski is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics, University of Gdańsk, Poland. He has an MS in informatics from the University of Gdańsk, and a PhD from the Institute of Computer Science, Polish Academy of Sciences. His scientific interests include applications of logic in Computer Science, formal modeling and specification of software systems, and more recently – semantics-based approaches to interoperability, especially in the area of the Internet of Things. He has total 485 Google scholars, H-index 11 and i-10 Index 12 in his account.

Prof.(Dr.) Arpan Kumar Kar, is Associate Professor of the Information Systems area in DMS, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has extensive experience in teaching, training, consultancy and research. He has published over 120 high impact articles, 6 books and has over a thousand citations for his research. He is member in multiple Advisory Committees of Central Government Ministries and Universities. Before joining IIT Delhi, he has earlier taught in IIM Rohtak as Assistant Professor(v). Prior to joining academics, he has worked in IBM Research Lab and Cognizant Business Consulting. He has provided research driven advisory services to leading MNCs and Government Departments / Ministries in India and globally through funded projects and consultancies of around 5 Crores INR. He has received multiple awards and recognitions from reputed organizations like Elsevier, IFIP, I3E, IIT Delhi, IIM Rohtak, PMI, AIMS, TCS, Jadavpur University, etc.

Dr.Yugal Kumar is presently working as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, Himachal Pradesh, India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Birla institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. He has more than 14 years of teaching and research experience at reputed colleges and universities of India. He has presented and published over 80 research papers in reputed journals and various national and international conferences. His primary area of research includes medical informatics, meta-heuristic algorithms, data clustering, swarm intelligence, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence. He is serving as editorial review board member of various journals including Soft Computing, Neurocomputing, Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, PLOSE ONE, Journal of Advanced Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Informatics and Journal of Information Processing System.
