We have created an early alpha-stage product model. The goal behind this is to have a base stage device that can be further refined and improved into a working prototype in order to create the minimum value product to test and receive feedback on.  

The first version of the business model for the potential startup has been successfully completed. The current version is still in the development phase, but the progress so far is a success for our team. After this phase, we are starting the second stage - developing and designing the solution and implementing agile management.
