1. Introduction and Acceptance
Hello! We are "Watch Faces: Gallery & Themes" (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by MOON TEMPLE LIMITED. This Privacy Policy aims to help you understand how we collect and use your personal information when you use our services through the App. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please stop using the App. This Privacy Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use, which govern your use of the App.
1.1 Scope of This Policy
The personal information protection measures described in this Privacy Policy apply only to this App and its related services. Once you leave this App and its related services and browse or use other websites, services, and content resources — regardless of whether you access them through links or redirects from this App — we have neither the ability nor the obligation to protect any personal information you submit on software or websites outside this App and its related services.
1.2 Revisions to This Policy
As we update or expand our services, we may periodically modify this policy. We will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by providing you with the email address we have filed with you or by posting a notice on our services prior to the effective date of the modification. If you do not agree to these modifications, you should stop using the service before the modified policy takes effect. If you continue to use the service after the modified policy takes effect, you will be bound by the modified policy. In addition, we may provide you with "prompt" disclosures or other information regarding our data collection, use, and sharing practices for specific services. These notices may provide more information about our privacy practices or give you more options regarding how we process your personal information.
2. Summary of Key Points
This summary highlights the most important points of this Privacy Policy. Please read the full policy for complete details.
We collect limited information necessary to provide and improve our services, including automatically collected technical data, subscription order information, and information you choose to provide (such as device location for the weather feature and health data for display on your watch face).
All health and sports data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers or third-party platforms.
The camera is accessed only when you actively use the AR watch face preview feature, and we do not collect or store any captured screen, video or image data.
We collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only if you explicitly grant permission through the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
Payments are processed entirely by Apple Inc. through the App Store; we do not collect or store your credit card or bank account information.
We do not sell your personal information. Third-party advertising and analytics providers may process limited data as described in Section 6.
Your data is stored in the EEA for users subject to the GDPR and in Ohio, United States for other users.
3. Information We Collect
The information we process mainly falls into the following categories.
3.1 Automatically Collected Information
When you use or access this software and service, we may automatically collect your relevant information in the following ways:
We may use the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by iOS to collect technical information about your device when you access the service, including (i) the type, name, and version of the operating system; (ii) the configuration, settings, and version information of the software and service; (iii) the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Internet Protocol (IP) address; (iv) the Advertising Identifier (IDFA); and (v) the status of your Wi-Fi network (WLAN).
We may use the API provided by iOS to collect information related to your use of and interaction with your device (including the software and service), such as the time, method, and frequency of using the software and service.
We may use the API provided by the Apple App Store to collect your subscription order information, including purchased items, subscription duration, order status, and payment time. We do not collect payment details and are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies (such as Apple Inc.), which you can contact through their official websites (https://www.apple.com). Before submitting your personal payment information, we recommend that you read and familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of such third-party companies.
Device Data: operating system version, device model, and language settings.
Identifier: we only collect Advertising Identifiers (IDFAs) if you explicitly grant permission through the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompts.
Usage Data: interaction frequency, feature usage duration, and crash logs used for performance optimization.
3.2 Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (IAP)
This App offers "Watch Faces Pro" (monthly subscription) and "Lifetime" (non-consumable purchase).
Payment Processing: all transactions are securely processed by Apple Inc. (App Store). We do not collect or store your credit card number or bank account information.
Subscription Status: we collect your subscription status and order identifier to verify and provide premium features.
Auto-Renewal: monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Free Trial: any unused free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
3.3 Information You Provide
Device Location Information: when you use the weather forecast function of this software, we need to obtain your device location to get weather data for your current city and report it to you.
Sports and Health Information: to facilitate your viewing of sports and health data — such as sports type or amount of exercise (e.g., steps, walking distance), exercise trajectory, exercise duration, calories burned, exercise distance, heart rate, heart rate variability, standing time, sleep time, etc. — this software provides the function of displaying this sports information on the device watch face. When you use this function, the software needs to access the above sports information collected by your device's system motion sensors to achieve the desired effect.
3.4 Camera Permission Information
To provide you with the AR watch face preview function, this software needs to obtain your device's camera permission. When you use this function, the software will call the camera to capture the watch screen, enabling a real-time AR preview effect for the watch face. Camera permission is only triggered when you actively use the AR watch face preview function. It will not collect or store any captured screen, video, or image data, nor will it be used for any scenario outside this function. If you refuse to grant this permission, the AR watch face preview function will only be unavailable; it will not affect your normal use of the application's core functions (such as watch face browsing, application and store interaction, weather forecast, health data display, etc.).
3.5 Tracking and Personalized Recommendations (ATT)
In order to provide users with more accurate personalized recommendation services, we will request tracking permissions through the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. The relevant data will only be used to optimize the service and will not be shared externally. If you do not grant tracking permission, we will not collect the Advertising Identifier, and you can still use all core functions of the App.
3.6 Questionnaire Survey Information
To optimize product functions and improve user experience, we may launch questionnaire surveys within the application. You may choose to participate voluntarily. During participation, the information we collect and the processing rules are as follows:
(1) Scope of Collection
Demographic information: such as age range, gender, and Apple Watch device model, used only for user demand segmentation analysis and not associated with personal identity information.
Feedback preference data: such as your evaluation and suggestions on watch face design style and functional modules (such as weather display, health data display), questionnaire completion status, submission time, etc., used to verify participation eligibility and subsequent reward distribution.
Voluntary information provision: you may decide whether to fill in the text content of open-ended questions such as "Other" in the questionnaire. The relevant content will be anonymized after collection.
(2) Usage Restrictions
Questionnaire data is used only for product optimization (such as adjusting watch face design, iterating functions), activity operations (such as issuing free memberships and other rewards to eligible participants), and anonymized statistical analysis. It will not be used for commercial promotion or other unrelated purposes.
(3) User Choice
Participation in the questionnaire survey is entirely voluntary. Refusing to participate will not affect your normal use of the application's core functions (such as watch face browsing, application, store interaction, etc.). You can exit the questionnaire at any time before submitting it; after submission, you can request the deletion of your questionnaire data through the "Contact Us" section of this policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
4.1 Necessary Uses for Product Functionality
The information we collect follows the "minimum necessary" principle and is used only to achieve the business functions described in Section 3 or to provide related services.
4.2 Handling of Changes in the Purpose of Personal Information Use
During your use of our services, you can access, modify, and delete the personal information you provide; if you have any questions, you can also contact us through customer service. If we use your personal information beyond the scope declared at the time of collection, and the use is not directly or reasonably related to the original scope, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent before use.
4.3 Definition of Personal Information
Please note: if a piece of information cannot identify you personally, either alone or in combination with other information, it is not considered personal information under the law; if the information can identify you personally, either alone or in combination with other information, or if we combine information that could not originally be linked to a specific individual with other personal information, then such information will be treated as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and protected in accordance with relevant regulations.
4.4 Personal Information Collected and Used Without Consent According to Law
Please understand that, in the following circumstances, in accordance with laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization or consent:
Personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;
Information necessary for signing or fulfilling contracts at your request;
Information necessary for maintaining the secure and stable operation of this application and related services (such as discovering and handling application and related service malfunctions);

4.5 Data Processing Instructions for Health Data
All health data is stored locally on the user's device and will not be uploaded to backend servers or third-party platforms; we will not perform any write, modification, or deletion operations on health data, nor will we use health data for any scenario other than watch face display (such as data analysis, commercial promotion, etc.). Permission Downgrade Instructions: if the user refuses to grant this permission, it will only result in the watch face not displaying health data, and will not affect the normal use of the App's core functions (such as watch face browsing, application, store interaction, etc.).
4.6 New Processing Purposes
If a new information processing purpose arises, we will inform you of the new processing purpose by modifying the corresponding content of this Privacy Policy before proceeding with the processing.

You can apply to cancel your account via email. Before cancellation, we will verify your personal identity, security status, device information, etc. Please be aware that account cancellation is irreversible; after account cancellation, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will delete all information related to the account or anonymize it.
