App Name: MyMoney Pro - Expense & Budget Last Updated: May 2026
By downloading, installing, or using "MyMoney Pro - Expense & Budget" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use between you and the Developer ("I", "me", "my", or "the Developer"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, whether using the Free plan or a paid Pro subscription.
MyMoney Pro - Expense & Budget is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to record expenses, income, categories, clients, and items.
The App works entirely offline — your financial data is stored locally on your device and no account is required. No financial data is ever transmitted to external servers.
The Free plan allows you to add a limited number of entries:
Up to 3 expense entries.
Up to 1 income entry.
Once these limits are reached, you will be invited to upgrade to a Pro subscription. Existing entries remain accessible and editable on the Free plan regardless of limits.
The App offers optional Pro subscriptions that unlock unlimited entries and all Pro features:
Monthly Plan — includes a 3-day free trial, then billed monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Yearly Plan — billed once per year at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Free trial (Monthly Plan only): If you have not previously used a free trial for this App, you will receive 3 days of Pro access at no charge before the first billing date. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy at https://support.apple.com/billing.
I do not issue refunds directly. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current active billing period.
If you have previously purchased a Pro subscription, you can restore your access at any time using the "Restore" button on the subscription screen or in the App settings. Restore is free and will not result in any charges.
You are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of the financial data you enter into the App.
Backing up your data regularly using the App's Export feature (PDF or JSON).
Maintaining the security of your device.
The App is a personal finance tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Do not rely on the App as your sole financial record.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This licence does not allow you to:
Use the App on devices you do not own or control.
Distribute the App over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party without my prior written consent.
Family Sharing: If you have enabled Family Sharing, other family members in your group may access the App subject to Apple's Family Sharing terms.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and branding within the App are owned by me or my licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
If any third party claims that the App, or your possession and use of it, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, I — not Apple — will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
I am solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
I do not warrant that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Data will not be lost due to device failure, software errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of financial data.
My total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its subscriptions in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Product liability claims.
Claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
I may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends. All data stored locally on your device remains under your control.
I may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features, business practices, or applicable law. When I do, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, I will provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which I operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
You and I acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
