* You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your user profile.
* You must protect your account credentials, including your password.
* You agree not to engage in any form of harassment, impersonation, threats, or bullying.
* The App must not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. International users must comply with local laws governing content usage and online conduct.
* You are responsible for all content (text, images, files, etc.) that you upload or display via the App.
* You must not reuse content from other apps without proper authorization.
* Spamming, unsolicited promotions, pyramid schemes, or any unauthorized advertising is strictly prohibited.
* You may not disrupt or interfere with the App’s servers or networks, nor distribute malware or any harmful technologies.
* You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
* We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
* We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
* We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our discretion.
* We may, without obligation, remove content or accounts we determine to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
* By using the App, you grant us the right to collect, use, and share aggregated data from users.
* We may reclaim usernames that are legally claimed by another entity (e.g., trademarks or registered businesses).
* Use of the App is at your own risk. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
* We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree not to use the App to:
* Share or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, or otherwise objectionable material.
* Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
* Distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or pyramid schemes.

7. Free Trials
* We may offer free trials for some paid features. Eligibility is determined solely by us and may be changed at any time.
* If you do not cancel before the end of your trial period, your chosen plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged via your selected payment method.
* Subscriptions provide continuous access to App features for a recurring fee.
* Your subscription starts when payment is received and continues unless canceled.
* Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access.
* Payments are charged to your Apple ID.
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
* Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
* Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
* Payments are charged to your Google Play account.
* Automatic renewal occurs unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Renewal charges are processed within 24 hours of subscription expiration.
* Manage or cancel subscriptions via Google Play Store account settings.
a. App Store Purchases:
* Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled exclusively by Apple.
* We are not responsible for refund processing through Apple. Please contact Apple Support directly.
* Automatic renewals must be canceled via App Store settings; we cannot cancel or refund them.
b. Google Play Store Purchases:
* For issues with purchases older than 48 hours, contact us directly.
* For purchases within 48 hours, you may request a refund through the Google Play website or Google Assistant.
* Uninstalling an app shortly after purchase may qualify for an automatic refund. Reinstallation after refund will require a new purchase.
* All content on the App, excluding user-uploaded material, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
* You may not use the App’s name, branding, domain, templates, or design elements without prior written consent.
* By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use your input without obligation or compensation.
