Privacy Policy for Audio Noise Cleaner AI

NeuralSound (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile application Audio Noise Cleaner AI (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) App Access and Security

The App does not require Google or Apple sign-in. We use Firebase App Check to verify that requests come from authentic instances of the App and to help prevent abuse. This process may involve app or device integrity attestation data and temporary App Check tokens. We do not collect your name or email address for sign-in.

b) Uploaded Content

When you upload audio or video files for processing, these are temporarily stored on our secure servers and Cloudflare R2 storage.

Files are automatically deleted within 1 day of upload.

During this period, you may download input and output files. After 1 day, they are permanently deleted and unavailable.

c) Subscription & Payment Information

Payments and subscriptions are managed through Apple's in-app purchase system.

Your payment information (e.g., credit/debit card details) is processed securely by Apple.

We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information.

d) AI Processing & Data Privacy

Audio Noise Cleaner AI uses artificial intelligence to remove background noise and enhance audio recordings. AI processing is performed using NeuralSound's own AI models hosted on our cloud infrastructure. We do not send your audio to third-party AI model services.

Data Processed:

• Audio you choose to clean or enhance, including audio from imported audio and video files. Recordings may contain voices and other personal information.

• App identifiers and file metadata, such as format and duration, when required for processing.

• Cleaned and enhanced audio results generated from your uploaded files.

Collection and Consent:

Audio is uploaded from the App only when you initiate an audio cleaning or enhancement feature. Before the first upload, the App explains the processing and requests your consent.

How Data Is Used:

Uploaded audio and generated results are used only to provide the requested audio cleaning and enhancement features. We do not use this content for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

Infrastructure and Service Providers:

Our AI models operate on RunPod GPU infrastructure, and Cloudflare R2 is used for temporary file storage. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the requested services, subject to applicable data protection obligations.

Data Retention:

Uploaded audio and generated results stored on our cloud infrastructure are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

Analytics and Diagnostics:

We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check, and Remote Config to analyze app usage, diagnose crashes, manage configurations, and protect our services. These services do not receive the contents of your uploaded audio.

Data Security:

Audio and related data are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve app features

• Process audio/video files and deliver results

• Verify legitimate app access, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions

• Communicate with you about app updates and support requests

• Analyze app performance and improve user experience

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded files and generated processing results are retained for up to 1 day and then permanently deleted.

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of the App by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following services, which may collect or process information:

• Firebase App Check – app/device integrity verification and abuse prevention

• Firebase Analytics – app usage analytics

• Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting and diagnostics

• Firebase Remote Config – app configuration management

• In-app purchases via Apple's App Store – subscriptions and payments

• Cloudflare R2 – secure cloud storage

• RunPod – AI model processing infrastructure

Cloudflare R2 and RunPod provide infrastructure for our services. We do not share uploaded audio with third-party AI model providers for their independent use.

5. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted HTTPS connections for data transmission. However, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child provides personal information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, update, or delete your data

• Withdraw consent for certain processing

• Request details of how your data is processed
