Tenkoro Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) develops Bingo Board: Witty Caller.
This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices for the iOS version distributed through the Apple App Store. It does not apply to the Android version, which has different advertising and data practices.
The iOS app does not collect or transmit personal information to Tenkoro Studios or third-party advertising or analytics providers.
Specifically, the app:
Does not require an account or registration.
Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or advertising identifiers.
Does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
Does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites.
Does not transmit gameplay activity to our servers.
The iOS app contains no advertisements and does not use Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or other third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
Purchases and downloads through the App Store are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Apple may process information related to App Store purchases, downloads, and platform services under its own privacy practices. For details, please see Apple’s App Store & Privacy notice.
Gameplay runs on your device. We do not operate a server that collects or stores your gameplay data or personal information from the iOS app.
Any settings or game information stored locally by the app remain on your device and are not transmitted to us.
If you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
We use this information to respond to your request and provide support. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address your request or meet applicable legal obligations. Our email service provider processes these messages to deliver and store email.
You may contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any legal retention requirements.
The iOS app does not collect personal information from users, including children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support message, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
If you open our website or this policy in a browser, the website or hosting provider may process information under its own privacy practices. Those practices are separate from the iOS app’s operation.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our app or privacy practices change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
