LeaveLedge is a video scheduling service being developed to help users connect social media accounts, upload videos, and approve content for publication.
The service is operated by LeaveLedge, based in Moldova (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy applies to the LeaveLedge website, prototype, and integrations that we make available. LeaveLedge is currently a prototype and is not open to general customer use. Features described below apply only when enabled and used during testing.
Depending on how you interact with LeaveLedge, we may process:
Contact information: your name, email address, and information you provide when contacting us.
Connected-account information: platform account identifiers, display names, profile images, granted permissions, and authorization tokens received when you connect a social media account.
Content and scheduling information: videos, captions, selected publishing settings, scheduled dates, timezones, and your publishing instructions.
Publishing results: platform responses, processing status, post identifiers, and error information.
Technical information: information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, browser information, and security or error logs, where collected by our systems or hosting providers.
Account connection uses the platform’s authorization process. LeaveLedge does not ask you to provide your TikTok password directly to us.
We process information to:
Connect and manage accounts you authorize.
Store and process content you provide.
Carry out publishing instructions you approve.
Display publishing progress and results.
Provide support, investigate errors, and protect the service against misuse.
Meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Connecting an account does not by itself authorize publication of every future video. Publishing requires your instructions through the available approval controls.
We share information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
Connected platforms: we send the content, captions, settings, and account information necessary to perform your approved publishing requests.
Service providers: providers supporting website hosting, storage, infrastructure, or communications may process information necessary to provide those services.
Legal and security purposes: we may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights, or address security incidents.
We do not sell personal information.
Once content is published to TikTok or another platform, its visibility and subsequent handling are governed by your selected settings and that platform’s policies. Deleting information from LeaveLedge does not necessarily delete a post already published on another platform.
Our public policy pages are hosted on Google Sites. Google may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Any additional non-essential analytics or advertising technologies introduced by LeaveLedge will be disclosed, with consent requested where required.
TikTok processes information under its own privacy policy, available through TikTok’s website and application.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:
Authorization tokens are retained while the connection is needed and authorized.
Videos and scheduling information are retained while needed to complete your instructions, resolve publishing issues, or provide features you request.
Support and security records are retained as needed to handle the relevant request, investigate incidents, or meet legal requirements.
Prototype test data is removed when its testing purpose ends, unless a specific legal obligation requires limited retention.
You may request deletion or disconnection by contacting ionvolosciuc2@gmail.com. You can also revoke platform access through the connected platform’s account settings. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not automatically remove previously published posts.
Where information must be retained for legal reasons, we limit its use to that purpose. Residual backup copies, if any, remain protected and are removed through the applicable backup-retention process.
We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Google, TikTok, and other providers involved in delivering the service may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism before making those transfers.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent.
Send requests to ionvolosciuc2@gmail.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.
The LeaveLedge prototype is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as the service develops. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required for material changes. Before introducing materially different processing, we will update this policy and obtain consent where necessary.
