These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ph Manager application ("App"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ph Manager solely for internal business purposes.
You may not:
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code.
Use the app for illegal activities.
Distribute or sublicense the app to unauthorized users.
Ph Manager may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription details including duration, pricing, and renewal terms are provided within the app interface. By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s billing terms and the auto-renewal conditions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Ph Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the app or data stored within it.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
