This policy explains what information Invulnerable collects, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it. We try to collect as little as possible — basically just what's needed to run a multiplayer VR game and keep it fair.
If you have any questions, email us at lmaotasdiam@outlook.com.
We store the username you choose so we can show it to other players, save your progress, and apply bans when needed.
PlayFab (the service that powers our online features) automatically receives your IP address whenever you connect. We don't go looking for it — it's just part of how online connections work.
We use it for two things:
Matchmaking / connecting you to other players in multiplayer.
Banning — if we need to ban someone for cheating or abuse, the IP helps us enforce that ban.
We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to track you outside the game.
We use PlayFab (a service owned by Microsoft) to store your in-game stuff in the cloud — cosmetics, in-game currency, and progress — so it follows you between sessions and devices. This data lives on PlayFab's servers, which means Microsoft's PlayFab privacy terms also apply to it.
Because Invulnerable is a VR game, your headset and controllers constantly report the position of your head and hands so we can animate your superhero, register hits, and let other players see you move in real time.
This motion is used live during gameplay and sent to other players and our servers so everyone sees the same fight.
We do not save or store a record of your movements after a match ends.
Your room/play-space boundary (Guardian) stays on your headset and is never sent to us.
When you use in-game voice chat, your voice is transmitted to other players in your session in real time. We do not record or store voice chat.
When you launch the game through your VR platform (such as Meta Quest or Steam), that platform may share basic account information needed to run the game. How the platform handles your data is covered by their own privacy policy.
We don't sell your data.
We don't use it for advertising.
We don't share it with anyone except the services listed above that are needed to run the game.
Invulnerable is intended for players aged 13 and older.
We recognize that younger players may sometimes access the game through a parent's or guardian's platform account. If that happens, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising their child's play. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 beyond what PlayFab collects as part of normal gameplay.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has been playing without your knowledge, or if you want their data deleted, email us at lmaotasdiam@outlook.com and we'll take care of it within 1–3 business days.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time:
Email us at lmaotasdiam@outlook.com
Tell us your username and ask us to delete your data.
We'll delete it within 1–3 business days.
Some information may need to be kept briefly to enforce active bans or for legal reasons, but otherwise it's gone.
Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights over your data — for example, the right to see what we have, correct it, or have it deleted (such as under GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California). To use any of these rights, email us at lmaotasdiam@outlook.com and we'll help.
If we change how the game handles data, we'll update this policy and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Big changes will be announced in the game or on our store page.
