By downloading, installing, or using Invoqe - Invoice Maker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Invoqe is a mobile application that allows users to:

- Create, manage, and send professional invoices

- Manage clients and business contacts

- Track invoice payment statuses

- Store and organize business and billing records

- Generate invoice PDFs

To use Invoqe, you must create an account by providing:

- A username

You are responsible for:

- Keeping your account credentials confidential

- All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code

- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, logos, and code within Invoqe are the exclusive property of Invoqe and its developers, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business invoicing purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

- Copy, modify, or distribute the App

- Sublicense or sell access to the App

- Use Invoqe's branding or design in any other product

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Invoqe, including your invoices, client data, and business information.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the App's services to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Subscription & Payments

Invoqe may offer free and premium subscription tiers. For premium features:

- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected

- Payments are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play

- All purchases are subject to the respective platform's refund policies

- Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play settings

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
