When you use InvoiceX, you may enter information such as:
Personal & Business Information (your name, company name, address, tax details, bank details)
Client Information (client names, emails, phone numbers, addresses)
Invoice Details (items, amounts, due dates, status like paid/overdue/open)
All data is stored locally on your device.
We do not store, collect, or process your data on our servers.
You remain in full control of your information.
The data you enter is used only within the app to:
Create and manage invoices
Track invoice statuses (paid, overdue, open)
Generate summaries and reports
Export invoices as PDFs using your preferred template
We do not access, share, or transmit your data to third parties.
Since all information is stored on your device, protecting your data depends on your device’s security (such as passcodes, biometrics, and backups). InvoiceX does not transmit or store your information externally.
You can add, update, or delete your data at any time.
If you uninstall the app, all data is removed from your device unless backed up to your personal storage (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive).
You can export and share invoices at your discretion.
InvoiceX is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the app.
