The App allows you to create and manage:
Business information
Client information
Invoice details
Services and hourly rates
Payment terms
Invoice notes
Business logo
Time tracking records
This information is stored on your device.
If you enable iCloud, your data is securely synchronized through Apple's iCloud service using your personal Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
We may collect limited diagnostic and crash information provided by Apple to improve the stability and performance of the App.
Your information is used solely to:
Create invoices
Generate PDF invoices
Manage clients
Track working hours
Synchronize data through iCloud (if enabled)
Improve app reliability and performance
We do not sell your personal information.
When you choose to share an invoice by Email, Messages, WhatsApp, or another sharing method, the App creates a PDF on your device and shares it only through the option you select.
We do not upload or store your invoices on our servers.
Your information is stored locally on your device.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, your information is securely synchronized using Apple's iCloud services.
We do not maintain our own cloud storage for your invoice data.
Invoice Maker Pro is available through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
The App may use Apple services including:
iCloud
StoreKit (In-App Purchases)
Apple Share Sheet
Apple Crash Reporting (when available)
These services are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
You control your data.
You may:
Edit your information at any time.
Delete invoices and clients.
Remove the App from your device.
Disable iCloud synchronization through your Apple settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

The App is intended to help freelancers, contractors, gig workers, and small businesses create invoices, manage clients, track work hours, and generate PDF invoices.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the App, including invoices, tax information, pricing, and client details.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information entered by users.
The App assists with invoice creation but does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or legal advice.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring invoices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Invoice Maker Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store.
Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple Account Settings.
We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Features may change, be updated, or removed without prior notice.
The App, including its design, graphics, software, trademarks, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
