Invoice Maker ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application (the "App") handles your information.
We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. All data entered into the App—including client details, business profiles, invoice records, and financial summaries—is stored locally on your device using a local database technology (Hive).
Your Data is Yours: We have no access to your invoices, clients, or financial reports.
Offline Functionality: The App functions without an internet connection, ensuring your data remains on your device.
To function properly, the App requires the following permissions:
Camera & Photo Gallery: To allow you to upload or capture a business logo for your invoices.
Storage (Read/Write): To save generated PDF invoices to your device storage so you can share or print them.
Notifications: To send local alerts for overdue invoices and recurring invoice generation. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device; no remote push notification server is involved.
The App uses the following third-party libraries to function, but these services do not track you for advertising purposes:
PDF Generation: Used solely to convert your data into PDF documents locally.
Local Notifications: Used to schedule reminders on your device system.
We do not use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) or advertising networks (like AdMob).
Since we do not host your data, we cannot delete it for you. You are in full control of your data retention.
Deleting Data: You can delete specific invoices or clients within the App.
Full Deletion: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all local data associated with it, including your database and settings. Please export any important PDFs before uninstalling.
The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. As a general utility tool, it is safe for all ages, but it is intended for business use.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
