Welcome to Invoice Maker App (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Invoice Maker App available on iOS devices.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Invoice Maker App is designed to help users create, manage, export, and share invoices and related business documents.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities
Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security
Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App
Use the App in a manner that may harm the App or its users
2. User Data
All invoices, customer information, and business data created within the App are stored locally on your device.
We do not store your invoice data on our servers or databases.
You are solely responsible for:
Maintaining backups of your data
Securing your device
Ensuring the accuracy of the information entered into the App
3. No Financial or Legal Advice
The App is provided as a productivity tool only.
We do not provide:
Accounting services
Tax advice
Financial advice
Legal consultation
Users are responsible for ensuring that invoices and business documents comply with local laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, branding, logos, graphics, and software, remain the property of Mind Gigs Tech.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
5. App Availability
We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue features
Update the App at any time
Suspend access for maintenance or security reasons
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind Gigs Tech shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Inaccurate invoices or calculations
Device-related issues
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App
Use of the App is at your own risk.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in misuse of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will become effective once published within the App or associated platforms.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
