These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Invoice Maker Pro PDF Bills (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Invoice Maker Pro PDF Bills is a business productivity app that helps users create and manage documents such as:
Invoices
Estimates
Receipts
Client records
Expenses
Time entries
Reports
PDF files
Backup and CSV exports
The App is designed for freelancers, contractors, consultants, small business owners, and service providers.
The App is a document creation and business organization tool.
The App does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or business advice.
You are responsible for verifying that your invoices, receipts, taxes, payment terms, business records, and reports comply with the laws and requirements applicable to you, your business, and your region.
The App is not an official tax, government, accounting, banking, or financial authority service.
The App stores business data locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back up that data.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your device secure
Backing up important data
Protecting exported files
Reviewing documents before sending them to clients
Ensuring the accuracy of all information you enter
We are not responsible for lost data caused by device loss, app deletion, system failure, user error, or failure to create backups.
You are responsible for all content you create, enter, import, export, or share using the App, including business information, client information, invoice details, notes, logos, signatures, stamps, attachments, and reports.
You agree not to use the App to create, store, export, or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
The App may offer optional Pro features through Apple In-App Purchases, including subscriptions and/or a lifetime purchase.
Pro features may include:
Unlimited invoices, estimates, and receipts
Premium PDF templates
Watermark-free PDF exports
Client statements and reports
Recurring invoices
Payment reminders
Expense and profit reports
Time tracking reports
Advanced backup and export options
Removal of ads
Available features may change over time as the App is updated.
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If offered, a lifetime purchase unlocks eligible Pro features for the lifetime of the App on supported platforms under the Apple account used to purchase it.
A lifetime purchase does not guarantee that the App will be available forever, that every future feature will be included, or that third-party services will remain available indefinitely.
The free version of the App may include limitations, advertisements, watermarks, or locked premium features.
The App may show ads to free users. Pro users should not see ads where Pro includes ad removal.
The App may offer rewarded ads that allow free users to temporarily unlock certain actions or features. Rewards are granted only after the rewarded ad is completed successfully.
Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We do not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.
The App may include a Restore Purchases option to restore eligible purchases linked to your Apple account.
If restore does not work, make sure you are signed in with the Apple account used for the original purchase.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Misrepresent invoices, receipts, payments, taxes, or business records
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App
Interfere with the App’s normal operation
Abuse ad systems, purchase systems, or reward systems
Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
The App may use third-party services, including Apple StoreKit, Google AdMob, and Apple system sharing, files, and notification services.
Your use of these services may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party service availability, errors, data handling, or policy changes.
You are responsible for reviewing all invoices, estimates, receipts, reports, and exported files before sharing or using them.
We do not guarantee that documents created by the App satisfy any specific legal, accounting, tax, or business requirement.
The App may allow you to export backup files. You are responsible for creating and storing backups securely.
We are not liable for lost data, corrupted files, deleted records, or damage resulting from failure to back up your data.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
We may add, remove, or change features to improve performance, security, compliance, or user experience.
Some features may require a supported device, supported iOS version, internet connection, active purchase, or third-party service availability.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your specific business needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD and its owners, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or claims arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful, illegal, or abusive way.
You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country or region.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
