Invoice Maker is designed to let you create invoices, estimates, receipts, and related business documents directly on your device.
Your invoices, client information, business details, logos, signatures, and other documents you create in the app are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server or cloud storage service that receives or stores this content.
The app does use certain third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and payment processing. The information collected by those services is described below.
The following information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to SoftCraze servers:
Invoices, estimates, and receipts, including line items, descriptions, quantities, prices, and amounts
Client information and contact details that you enter
Your business profile and business details
Tax numbers and payment instructions that you enter
Your business logo
Your signature image
Backup files that you create or export
We do not have access to this information.
When you export a PDF, the file is saved or shared according to the destination you select, such as your Downloads folder or another app through the Android share sheet.
When you create a backup, the backup file is stored wherever you choose to save or share it.
If you uninstall Invoice Maker or clear the app's storage, locally stored app data may be permanently deleted. We therefore recommend keeping a backup of important documents.
Invoice Maker uses certain third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and payment functionality.
Invoice Maker displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may use third-party advertising partners, including:

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and applicable laws, these services may receive information such as:
Advertising identifier
General device information, such as device model and operating system version
Approximate or coarse location derived from your IP address

These services may use this information to provide, personalize, measure, and limit advertisements, subject to their respective privacy policies and your consent choices where required by law.
Where applicable, users in the EEA, UK, and other regions requiring consent are shown Google's User Messaging Platform consent dialog before personalized advertising is enabled.
You can manage your advertising and privacy choices through Settings → Privacy options in the app where this option is available.
Purchasing Pro removes advertisements from Invoice Maker and therefore removes advertising-related data collection associated with serving those advertisements.
Invoice Maker uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app and to improve its features and performance.
Analytics may record events such as:
Creating a document
Exporting a document
Selecting a template
Using particular app features
Number of pages generated
Analytics events do not include the contents of your invoices, client names, business details, individual invoice amounts, logos, or signature images.
Invoice Maker uses Firebase Crashlytics to identify and diagnose crashes and technical problems.
Crash reports may contain information such as:
Crash and error information
Stack traces
Device model
Operating system information
App version
Other technical information necessary to diagnose the problem
This information helps us identify bugs and improve app stability.
Invoice Maker's Pro features are sold through Google Play Billing.
Google processes payments and manages the purchase transaction. Invoice Maker receives information necessary to determine whether your Pro entitlement is active.
We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.
Invoice Maker does not directly collect or store:
Your name for an account
Your email address for an account
Your phone number
Your postal address
Your contacts
Your messages
Your photo library
Your personal files
Your invoice contents on our servers
Your client information on our servers

Invoice Maker does not require you to create an account.
The app does not request location permission. Images selected as a logo or signature are copied into the app's local storage and are not uploaded to SoftCraze servers.
Invoice Maker may request the following permissions or system capabilities:
Internet access is required primarily for displaying advertisements and communicating with applicable third-party services.
The core document-creation and PDF-generation features can work without an internet connection.
Notification permission may be requested if you enable reminder features.
You can decline notification permission without preventing you from using the core invoice-making features.
Photo or media access is used when you choose an image for your business logo or signature.
On supported versions of Android, the system photo picker may be used. The app receives access only to the image you select.

You can manage or reset your Android advertising identifier through your device's Android privacy and advertising settings.

Purchasing Invoice Maker Pro removes advertisements and the associated advertising-related data collection.
You can delete locally stored Invoice Maker data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage through Android Settings.
Please create and safely store a backup before deleting app data if you need to preserve your invoices or other documents.

Invoice Maker is a business productivity tool intended for adults.
The app is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Because your invoices and business documents are stored locally on your device rather than on SoftCraze servers, you are responsible for protecting access to your device and keeping backups of important documents.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Invoice and business information created in Invoice Maker remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app.
Third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may retain information according to their own policies and retention practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or its release notes where appropriate.
