Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Invoice Maker application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business invoicing purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
You are solely responsible for:
The accuracy and legality of the invoices, estimates, tax rates, and other content you create with the App.
Ensuring your invoices comply with the tax, accounting, and legal requirements of your jurisdiction.
Backing up your data. Because data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, deletion of the App, or failure to back up.
The App is a tool for creating documents. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features such as unlimited invoices, clients, products, and additional templates.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Current pricing and billing intervals are shown in the App before purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies; we do not process payments or refunds directly.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including creating false or deceptive invoices.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security.
The App, including its design, templates, and code, is owned by MD UZZAL MIA and is protected by intellectual property laws. The content you create with the App (your invoices, client data, etc.) belongs to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD UZZAL MIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
