MD UZZAL MIA ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Invoice Maker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The short version: Invoice Maker is designed to work offline. The business data you create — invoices, clients, products, your company profile — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your invoice content.
The App lets you create and store the following information locally on your device only:
Business profile: company name, address, phone, email, logo, and digital signature
Client records: names, contact details, addresses, photos, and any custom fields you add
Products and services: descriptions, prices, units, photos, and custom fields
Invoices and estimates: line items, amounts, dates, notes, and payment status
App settings: currency, tax rates, theme, and default notes
This data is saved on your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not transmitted to us. If you delete the App, this data is removed from your device. Use the App's backup/export feature to preserve your data.
The App requests the following permissions only when you use the related feature:
Contacts: to let you import client details from your address book. Contact data is used solely to fill in client records on your device and is not sent to us.
Photos / Camera: to add a company logo, client photos, or product images. These images are stored on your device.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings.
In-app subscriptions ("Invoice Maker Pro") are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed using RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
We do not receive or store your credit card or payment details. Payment is handled entirely by Apple.
RevenueCat processes a non-personal, app-generated identifier and purchase/receipt information to validate your subscription and manage entitlements. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) and Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/) for details.
If you use Siri or the Shortcuts app to create invoices, your voice requests are processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's privacy practices. We do not receive recordings of your voice.
We do not collect personal information for advertising, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs to monitor your activity within the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your data is stored on your device and protected by your device's built-in security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups you create.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
