InvoiceFolio ("the app," "we," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

InvoiceFolio does not require an account or login. All business data you enter — including your business profile, client information, invoices, expenses, and payment details — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data on any server.

Data Storage

All app data is stored in a local database on your device. This data is never sent to us or any third party. If you uninstall the app, this data will be permanently deleted unless you have used the Backup & Restore feature to export it yourself.

In-App Purchases

If you choose to upgrade to InvoiceFolio Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Please refer to Google Play's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle payment data.

Permissions

InvoiceFolio may request the following device permissions:

Notifications — to alert you when an invoice becomes overdue
Storage/Files — to save and export PDF invoices, backup files, and receipt photos
Internet — used only for Google Play Billing (Pro upgrade) and sharing invoices via email/WhatsApp

Third-Party Services

InvoiceFolio does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

InvoiceFolio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date.
