INVOICE FLASH provides an app-based interface for User(s) (“Individual/Group” or “Any legal Entity” or “You”) to create and send professional invoices or estimates without any hassle. This app enables you to customize invoices with your Business Logo for branding purposes.

INVOICE FLASH may change or update its Terms & Conditions or Policy without prior intimation to the User. The User should only use our services upon agreeing to the Terms & Conditions mentioned here and is liable to abide by them. INVOICE FLASH reserves the right to terminate its services or revoke access of the User without prior notice in order to protect the interests of INVOICE FLASH.

INVOICE FLASH may provide links to third party products/services for the convenience of the User. INVOICE FLASH does not have control over the contents provided by the third party. Therefore, we do not take any responsibility and the User(s) should use their own discretion while accessing the contents of the third-party products/services.

User(s) should provide the information correctly to the best of their knowledge while logging to our platform using our app/website. You will not use this platform for committing any illegal and dangerous acts or objectionable acts.

User should reimburse INVOICE FLASH from and against and in respect of any or all liabilities, charges, losses and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnity basis) claims, demands, actions and proceedings which Company may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or by any reason of or in relation to the use or proposed use of the Services by the User and shall pay such sums on demand on the INVOICE FLASH.

Cancellation of subscription is governed by Google Play and Users should reach to Google Support Team in scenarios when assistance is required related to subscriptions and payments. As and when you cancel the subscription, cancellation of subscription will be effective from next billing cycle and you will have access to the services until then.
