Invoice Maker Manager (“the App”) is developed and operated by Muhammad Hammad Mushtaq (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
The App allows you to enter and manage business-related information, which may include:
Business name, logo, address, phone number, and email address
Client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses
Invoice and estimate details
Products, services, prices, taxes, discounts, and notes
Payment, expense, credit, deposit, and refund records
Approval names, signatures, and related notes
Recurring invoice and payment reminder settings
This information is entered voluntarily by you and is used only to provide the App’s invoicing and business-management features.
Your business records and documents are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your invoices, client records, estimates, payments, expenses, signatures, or other business data.
Deleting the App may permanently remove locally stored data unless you have previously created and safely stored a backup.
The App may allow you to create, share, save, or restore backup files. Backup files may contain the business and client information stored in the App.
You are responsible for choosing where backup files are saved or shared and for keeping them secure. We do not automatically upload your backup files to our servers.
If you save or share a backup using a third-party service, that service will process the file according to its own privacy policy.
With your permission, the App may access selected files or photos when you:
Choose a business logo
Import a file
Export, save, print, or share a PDF or report
Create or restore a backup
The App only accesses the files or photos you select or authorize. These permissions are used to provide the requested feature.
The App may request permission to send local notifications for payment reminders, due dates, recurring invoices, or other business alerts.
Notification scheduling and delivery are handled on your device. You can change notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card number, bank details, or Apple Account password.
Apple may process purchase information according to its own privacy policy. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
We do not knowingly collect or store:
Payment card or banking credentials
Apple Account passwords
Precise location information
Contacts from your device
Advertising identifiers
Browsing history
Health information
Biometric information
The App does not display third-party advertisements and does not sell your personal or business information.
The App does not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-app tracking. We do not use your information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
If analytics or crash-reporting tools are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those tools are used.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Information may leave the App only when you choose to export, print, save, back up, or share a document or file, or when a platform service such as Apple processes an in-app purchase.
You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to store and share any client or business information entered into the App.
Your information remains stored on your device until you delete individual records, clear the relevant data, or uninstall the App.
You can delete invoices, clients, estimates, expenses, payments, and other supported records from within the App. Backup files saved outside the App must be deleted separately from the location where you stored them.
Because we do not store your business records on our servers, we generally cannot recover or remotely delete locally stored information on your behalf.
We use reasonable measures within the App to protect locally stored information. However, no device, storage system, or electronic transmission method is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, exported documents, and backup files.
The App is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
The App may interact with platform or device services required for features such as:
Apple App Store and In-App Purchases
iOS printing and sharing
File and photo selection
Local notifications
Storage locations selected by the user
The use of these services may be governed by the privacy policies and terms of their respective providers.

The App may be used in different countries. Since primary business data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for complying with any privacy, invoicing, accounting, or record-keeping laws that apply to your business and clients.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
