This Privacy Policy is provided by Etch-light Studios ("we," "us," or "our") for the mobile application Invoice Genius (the "App"), a quotation and invoice generation tool.
This policy describes the limited information we collect, how we use it and your rights regarding that information, including your right to account and data deletion.
We are committed to a policy of minimal data collection. We only collect the following Personal Information directly from you:
Email Address: We collect your email address solely for the purpose of creating and managing your user account (login, password recovery and unique user identification).
The limited Personal Information we collect is used strictly for the following purpose:
Account Authentication: To allow you to log in to the App, secure your account and maintain your quotations and invoices across devices.
We optionally collect and store data such as your name, phone number, financial data, physical address and email address you provide for authentication as well as complete user details on quotations and invoices. However, this data is not used or shared with any third party for any other purpose besides what is explicitly listed.Â
We do not collect or store personal data such as your photos or other sensitive information not expressly mentioned.
Log Data: We may use standard third-party services that collect limited information that your device sends whenever you use our App ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the time and date of your use, and other statistics. This information is anonymized and used for crash reporting and app performance only.
Security: We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you wish to terminate your account and request the permanent deletion of all your associated Personal Information, we provide two methods:
In-App Deletion: You can initiate the deletion process directly within the App by navigating to the Settings section and following the on-screen instructions for "Delete Account."
Web Request: For users who have uninstalled the App or are unable to access the in-app feature, you can submit a request via our dedicated web resource:

Upon receiving a verified request for account deletion, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data (including your email address) from our servers within a reasonable timeframe, unless legally required to retain certain information (e.g., for fraud prevention).
Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
