Invoice Generator is designed to help freelancers and small businesses create invoices, store records, manage clients, track expenses, and export documents. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, which third-party services are used with the app, and how that information is used.
1. Information You Provide
Invoice Generator may process information you enter directly into the app, including business profile details, client information, invoice line items, payment information, scanned documents, signatures, report data, reminder data, notes, and attachments. This information is used to create and manage your business records inside the app.
2. Technical and Usage Information
The app and its integrated platform services may process technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region, screen navigation, interaction events, ad interactions, and update availability status. This information is used for analytics, product improvement, ad delivery, and Google Play update functionality.
3. Device Permissions
The app may request access to the camera, photos or media, file storage, notifications, and local authentication features. These permissions are only used for features you choose to use, such as attaching logos, scanning documents, saving exports, receiving reminders, or protecting the app with a PIN or biometric check.
4. Analytics
Invoice Generator uses Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage, screen visits, and general engagement patterns. This helps improve app stability, navigation, and future development. We do not intentionally use analytics to collect the contents of your invoices, client notes, or expense records as analytics events.
5. Advertising
The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display ads in certain parts of the app. AdMob and related Google services may process device identifiers, app identifiers, approximate location signals, ad performance data, and interaction events to serve, limit, measure, or personalize ads in accordance with Google policies, your device settings, and applicable law. Your business documents are not intentionally provided to advertisers as ad content.
6. In-App Updates and Google Play Services
On Android devices installed through Google Play, the app may check whether a newer version is available using Google Play in-app update services. This can involve processing package identifiers, app version information, device compatibility data, and update availability details. These checks are used only to help keep the app up to date.
7. How Information Is Used
Information handled by the app may be used to generate invoices, prepare reports, store settings, create reminders, manage recurring invoices, support update checks, measure feature usage, show ads, and support backup, print, share, and export actions that you trigger inside the app.
8. Local Storage and Sharing
Invoice Generator primarily stores your business data on your device. The app does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally upload invoice records to our servers as part of normal use. Data may leave your device when you choose to export, share, print, email, back up, open external apps, or otherwise connect the app to third-party apps or platform services.
9. Third-Party Services
Depending on the features you use, the app may rely on third-party or platform services such as Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play in-app updates, email clients, printing services, file storage providers, sharing sheets, biometric authentication, and operating system notification services. These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
10. Security
The app includes features such as PIN protection, secure local storage for supported secrets, and platform-level permissions. However, no device or software environment is completely secure, so you are responsible for protecting access to your device and exported files.
11. Data Retention and Control
You control the information you add to the app. You can edit or delete records in the app and remove the app from your device. If you create backups or exports, those copies are controlled by you and may remain available in the locations where you stored or shared them. Analytics, advertising, and update-related data handled by third-party services may be retained by those providers under their own policies.
12. Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for general business use and is not designed for children to submit personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect feature, legal, or operational changes. The latest version made available in the app or on the official site supersedes earlier versions.
