Information We Collect a) Local Data Storage Invoice Desk stores all invoice-related data locally on your device. This includes invoice details, client information, business details, invoice status, and selected themes. We do not upload or store your invoice data on our servers. b) Images & Media Access The app may request access to your device’s camera or gallery for selecting or capturing a business logo and uploading images to include in invoices. Images are used only within the app and remain stored locally on your device. We do not access images without permission, upload images to any server, or share images with third parties. c) PDF Generation The app allows users to download invoices as PDF files. These files are generated and saved locally on your device. d) Firebase Notifications We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send important notifications related to app updates, new features, and announcements. Firebase may collect limited technical information such as device identifiers to deliver notifications. e) Analytics & Crash Reporting The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, improve performance, and detect technical issues. These services collect non-personal and anonymized usage data. 2. Advertising (Interstitial Ads) Invoice Desk displays interstitial advertisements to support free usage. Ads may be provided by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. These services may collect non-personal information such as device type, advertising ID, and general location. 3. Permissions Used Storage, Camera, Media/Gallery, and Notifications permissions may be requested only for core app functionality. 4. Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. 5. Data Security We take reasonable steps to protect your information by storing data locally and using trusted third-party services such as Firebase. 6. Children's Privacy Invoice Desk is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 7.
