End User License Agreement (EULA) for InvisChat - DualChat

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and InvisChat - DualChat (“Licensor”) governing the use of the mobile application InvisChat - DualChat (“the App”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations

• Exploit the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the license granted under this EULA.

3. Ownership

The App, including all software, content, trademarks, graphics, and intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of InvisChat - DualChat and its licensors.

This EULA grants a license to use the App, not ownership of the App itself.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or interact with third-party services, including analytics, advertising, subscription management, and cloud services.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, bug fixes, or modifications to improve the App. Some updates may be required for continued functionality.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected and processed.

By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Availability or uninterrupted operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvisChat - DualChat shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Device issues or service interruptions

• Third-party platform actions or restrictions

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

9. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated.

Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the App.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
