• We will offer the opportunity to become an investor by sending a link to the requests we receive via e-mail from those who want to become investors from around the world, through the application we have developed. An ownership certificate will be sent to those who become investors in our application. With this certificate, the revenues of the restaurant opened through the same application will be deposited to the investor's account monthly. In addition, profit and loss status will be shared regularly from the application.

• We will continue to open a restaurant in a new city in Turkey when there is a demand for every 250 thousand US dollars through our e-mail address on our website and when an investment of 250 thousand US dollars is completed.

• Certificate holders will make all their investment transactions through our application, which they will download via the link sent to them from our e-mail address. In our application, they will be able to see how much share they received from which restaurant, their monthly income, expense and profit status report, and they will be able to withdraw the amount of profit they earned from the same section.

• The certificates will be officially approved and under the guarantee of our company.

• Certificate holders will be able to sell their certificates showing their share of shares to someone else, if they wish, through the certificate buying and selling market in the market section that will be established on our website and available in our application. Income obtained in the first month from the date of sale of the investor's certificate to someone else will be transferred to the account of the new certificate holder.

• The name of the world-famous restaurant we aim to open is known, but we do not find it appropriate to share its name at this stage. There are still cities in Turkey where the restaurant in question does not have any branches! We are confident in the plan we are considering for this restaurant, which has a guaranteed customer potential and unique experience in franchising, and we know that it has great potential.

• Our primary goal is to be the first and only restaurant in cities where this restaurant does not exist in Turkey. Later, we aim to focus on different investment products through the same business model with our developing investor community and the DAO program we will establish.
