Inverness Park is a charming mobile home community exclusively for individuals aged 55+ with some exceptions. Established in 1973, the park is nestled on Independence Highway, just north of Inverness, Florida.
Lot Rent: $430.00 per month for standard lots, which includes mowing services. Double wide lots (#106-109 and #58) have a lot rent of $465.00 per month. There is currently only 1 empty lot for a new mobile home.
Utilities: You are responsible for all utilities. The Water/sewer typically runs about $30-$40 monthly. There a 2 garbage services to choose from.
Amenities: While we do not have a clubhouse or pool, we offer RV/boat storage for residents. Also, a nice dog walking area. Small pets under 15 lbs. are welcomed.
Community: We pride ourselves on being a safe and friendly community. Home ownership is mandatory, and renting of units is not allowed. For the safety and well-being of our residents, new members must complete an application and background check. Our demographic is roughly 50% permanent residents and 50% seasonal (winter) residents.
Location: The park is conveniently located near the Withlacoochee State Trail System, perfect for walking and biking enthusiasts. We are also just a short distance from the Tsala Apopka lakes and about 17 miles from the Gulf. Close to shopping/medical.
