1. 100% Offline Application
InventraX is designed as a 100% offline tool. All your inventory data, sales records, and business information are stored locally on your device's internal storage. We do not use cloud storage or external servers to store your business data.
2. No Data Collection
We do not collect, track, or share any personal information. Since the app functions entirely without an internet connection for its core features, your data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
3. Image Selection and Privacy (No Media Permissions)
To provide a visual inventory experience, InventraX uses the Android System Photo Picker for selecting product images. This modern approach is designed with your privacy in mind:

No Broad Permissions: The app does not request or require broad access to your photo library or device storage (no READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permissions).

Scoped Access: The app only receives temporary access to the specific images you manually select.

User Control: You remain in full control of which photos the app can see.
Usage Purpose: Selected images are used strictly to be displayed within the app's inventory and preview screens. These images remain stored locally on your device and are never uploaded, shared, or scanned by us.
4. No Ads
We believe in a clean, distraction-free environment. InventraX is completely ad-free. We do not use any third-party advertising SDKs or tracking tools.
5. No Login or Sign-up
There are no user accounts or registrations required. You can start using the app immediately after installation. We do not require your email, name, or phone number to access any feature.
6. Data Security
Your data is saved in a secure Room database on your phone. Because we do not have access to your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and performing manual backups if you wish to preserve your data across devices.
