InvD (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is an invoice and estimate creation app designed for small businesses and independent professionals.
We respect your privacy and aim to keep your business information under your control.
1. Information You Enter Into InvD
InvD allows you to enter and store information such as:
- Business name
- Business contact information
- Customer names
- Customer phone numbers
- Customer email addresses
- Customer addresses
- Invoice and estimate details
- Prices
- Taxes
- Discounts
- Notes
- Payment status
- Other information you choose to enter
This information is stored locally on your device.
InvD does not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a server that stores your invoices, estimates, customers, or business profile.
2. Local Storage
InvD stores your business data locally on your device using local application storage.
We do not automatically upload your invoice, estimate, customer, or business information to our servers.
Your locally stored information generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business records.
3. PDF Creation and Sharing
InvD allows you to create PDF invoices and estimates and share them using your device’s native sharing features.
When you choose to share a PDF, the file may be transferred to another application or service selected by you, such as email, messaging, cloud storage, or another sharing application.
The privacy practices of those third-party applications and services are governed by their own privacy policies.
InvD does not control how information is handled after you intentionally share it with another service.
4. Advertising
InvD uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process information including:
- IP address
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- App interactions
- Diagnostic information
- Performance information
- Advertising identifiers
- Device identifiers
This information may be used by Google and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes.
InvD does not provide your customer records, invoice contents, or estimate contents to Google AdMob.
Where required, advertising consent choices may be provided through Google’s consent and privacy tools.
Google’s handling of advertising-related information is governed by Google’s own privacy policies.
5. Personal Information We Do Not Store on Our Servers
InvD does not require account registration.
We do not operate a cloud database containing your:
- Customers
- Invoices
- Estimates
- Business profile
- Payment records
We do not sell the customer or invoice information you enter into InvD.
6. Internet Access
InvD may access the internet in order to load advertisements and communicate with advertising-related services.
Core invoice, estimate, customer, and business information is stored locally on your device.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps in the design of InvD to limit unnecessary transmission of business information.
However, no device, application, storage method, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any files that you export or share.
8. Third-Party Services
InvD may use third-party services necessary to provide certain functions, including Google AdMob.
Third-party services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

9. Your Choices
You may delete customer, invoice, estimate, or other locally stored information using available App features where applicable.
You may also remove locally stored App data by uninstalling InvD or clearing its application data through your device settings.
Advertising identifiers and advertising personalization settings may also be managed through your device or Google account settings where available.
10. Children’s Privacy
InvD is designed as a business productivity application and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly operate a service intended to collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International Users
InvD may be available in multiple countries.
Third-party advertising providers such as Google may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their privacy practices and applicable law.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when InvD features, advertising services, legal requirements, or data practices change.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised.
