The policy below covers all games developed by Invasion Images but some items are specific to some games. Example: BlockBuster Duels requires, for the duels portion, a username and email address. Other games may not.

When you create an account to use the multiplayer Duels feature, we collect:

Account creation is optional. You can play all single-player game modes without an account.
Also, other players must know your username or email address in order to invite you to a game of Duels. We do not or will not show the list of users available to pick from to ensure your information remains private.
### Game Data
- Game scores, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device
- If you use the Duels feature, game scores and duel data are stored on our servers to enable multiplayer gameplay
### Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect location data
- We do not collect contacts or phone data
- We do not record audio (the app only plays sounds)
- We do not use analytics or tracking tools
- We do not use advertising SDKs
## How We Use Your Information (BlockBuster Duels)
- **Email and username**: Used solely for account authentication and to allow other players to find and invite you to duels
- **Game data**: Used to save your progress and enable multiplayer features

- Local game data is stored on your device using secure local storage
- Account and multiplayer data is stored using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard security measures

Invasion Images games do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The multiplayer feature requires account creation, which is intended for users aged 13 and older.
