Note: Please note that the number of hours herein is applicable for regular reservations only. The time inclusions may vary when the client opts to avail of the agency's existing promo.
*Extension rate per hour: Php3,000
Payable to the Intramuros Administration on the following terms:
Fifty percent (50%) DOWNPAYMENT payable upon filing of online reservation subject to the provisions of paragraph number 2 and 3 hereof.
Fifty percent (50%) BALANCE payable not later than sixty (60) days before the function. Submission of requirements (list of lights and sounds equipment with individual wattages, other required documents and requests, etc.) shall be done sixty (60) days before the function.
A client whose function will extend beyond six (6) hours or will require extensive set- up and/or preparation is required to post a TWENTY THOUSAND PESO (P20,000.00) CASH BOND which shall answer for additional rental or cost of damages to the venue resulting from or as a consequence of the activities undertaken by the client or his guests or contractors. The bond shall be refunded to the client after deducting the cost of damages and other corresponding charges.
A client whose function will require an early set-up or will extend beyond six (6) hours shall settle a fee of THREE THOUSAND PESO (P3,000.00) per hour of extension.
Payment Method
The Intramuros Administration shall accept payment of the venue rental through the available payment platforms within and not later than 24 hours upon issuance of IA order of payment. This is to ensure the confirmation of the reservation.
Change of Schedule or Venue and/or Postponement
In case of transfer of schedule or venue and/or postponement, the client is required to submit a written request for approval of the Administration, subject to the following conditions:
The written request must be submitted not later than sixty (60) days before the date of the function. If the prescribed period is not met, the request will not be granted and the corresponding deposit will be forfeited in favor of the Administration. If the reservation was made within sixty (60) days prior to the date of the function, the request for change of schedule or venue is subject to the evaluation of the Administration.
The client is allowed a maximum of three (3) transfers but only within one (1) year from the original date of application. On the second and third transfers, the client will be charged a penalty of P1,000.00 and P1,500.00 respectively.
In case of transfer from a more expensive venue to a less expensive venue, the excess in venue fee will not be refunded to the client and will automatically be forfeited in favor of the Administration.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation or non-usage of facilities for any reason whatsoever, the client is required to notify through email not later than sixty (60) days before the date of function.
Refund
In case of cancellation, a portion of the payment will be refunded to the client in accordance with the following:
PERIOD OF CANCELLATION AMOUNT OF REFUND
01 – 30 days from the original date of application 50% of down payment
31 – 90 days from the original date of application 25% of down payment
91 – 150 days from the original date of application 10% of down payment
151 or more days from the original date of application 0% of down payment
All other payments (applicable charges and rental of accessory, etc.) shall be refunded in full. The client is required to submit a formal or written request for refund via courier (or hand-carry to IA office) and is subject for approval along with the original copy of the official receipt (O.R.). A confirmation email will be sent to the client.
Others
The use of the venue for rehearsals is subject to the payment of additional fees as provided for in paragraph #1.
The client is allowed to enter the function areas and set up at the time indicated on the permit.
The client shall strictly follow all health and safety protocol issued by the government to avoid the spread and contamination of Covid-19. The Intramuros Administration reserves the right to refuse entry to those manifesting any signs and symptoms of the infection and failure to comply with any of the health and safety protocol.
Use of fireworks and/or drone camera is subject to the approval of IA and subject to the presentation of separate permits issued by the government agencies concerned. Application is through the IA-Urban Planning and Community Development Division. Copies of the permits shall be emailed to the Business Management Division at (business@intramuros.gov.ph) one (1) day before the scheduled shooting otherwise the use of fireworks and/or drone camera shall not be allowed.
Fireworks are allowed in Puerta Real Gardens and San Diego Gardens upon presentation of written permit from the Fire and Explosions Division of Camp Crame and Manila City Hall and should be mounted in designated area. Client to provide a standby firetruck in the area. Fireworks are allowed in Puerta Real Gardens and San Diego Gardens only.
Cooking is not allowed in the premises. Grilling and roasting shall be allowed only upon prior approval of the Administration and only within the designated area of Puerta Real Gardens, San Diego Gardens, and Casa Manila Patio. It is understood, however, that such permission is granted on the condition that precautionary measures will be employed by the client to ensure that safety of the public and the facilities of the Administration. It is understood further that any accident caused by the grilling or roasting in the premises shall be the sole responsibility of the client. However, the client is expressly prohibited from grilling, roasting or bringing in stoves, torches or similar items inside the Casa Blanca. No food or beverage setup shall be allowed at the corridor (Zaguan) where the entrance of the museum is located.
The client shall be held responsible for any damage to the facilities of the Intramuros Administration as well as the protection of the general public. Nailing and mounting of props to the walls and ceilings are not allowed. For the protection of the general public, it is also prohibited to obstruct doorways, staircases, corridors, emergency exits and similar passages.
The client shall properly observe cleanliness in the premises and shall be responsible in keeping the place clean and free of equipment, furniture and props after function.
Bringing in pets is allowed subject to the guidelines of IA.
The Intramuros Administration will not be held liable for failure to provide the premises because of fortuitous or manmade events beyond the control of Intramuros Administration.
In case of brownout, the client shall provide his/her own generator for all areas. Only minimal lighting and houselights will be provided by IA in Casa Manila Patio and Casa Blanca.
This application and the written permit are non-transferrable.

The lights and sounds equipment to be provided by the client in the gardens shall be limited to 50-ampere consumption, otherwise, the client shall provide a generator set.
Upon completed reservation, the client can avail of a non-commercial shoot free of charge.
