Privacy Policy, Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to iNestFIles ("App"), developed by Ashray Santoki ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Privacy Policy

1.1 Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. File Organizer is designed with privacy in mind. Unless you enable optional iCloud Sync, your files remain stored only on your device.

We do not collect, access, monitor, sell, rent, or share your personal information or the contents of your files.

1.2 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Contacts

• Photos

• Videos

• Documents

• PDFs

• Audio files

• Health records

• Financial information

• Device identifiers

• Advertising identifiers

• Location data

• Analytics

• Usage statistics

• Marketing data

• User-generated content

• Passwords

• Biometric information

Your data belongs to you.

1.3 Local Storage

By default, all folders, files, images, videos, scanned documents, PDFs, and other content are stored locally on your Apple device.

No files are uploaded to or stored on servers owned or operated by the Developer.

1.4 Face ID & Touch ID

If you enable biometric protection, authentication is performed entirely by Apple's secure authentication framework.

We never receive or store:

• Face scans

• Fingerprints

• Biometric templates

1.5 Internet Usage

The App does not require internet access for normal local operation.

Internet access may be used only for optional features such as iCloud synchronization.

1.6 Third-Party Services

The App does not include:

• Advertising SDKs

• Tracking SDKs

• Marketing SDKs

If iCloud Sync is enabled, Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services are used solely to synchronize your data between your own devices.

1.7 Data Security

We design the App to help protect your information. However, no software or storage method can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure

• Using a device passcode

• Enabling Face ID or Touch ID if desired

• Maintaining regular backups

1.8 Data Deletion

Deleting files within the App or deleting the App itself may permanently remove locally stored data.

If iCloud Sync is enabled, deletions may also synchronize across your devices.

Deleted data may not be recoverable.

2. Terms of Use

• By installing or using Intima ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

• 1. LICENSE & USAGE

• We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS device for private self-reflection and journal logs.

• 2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

• The App is offline-first. You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure, setting up local PIN passcodes, and protecting access to your logs. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your device.

• 3. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Payment transactions (Intima Gold Premium Passes) are handled by Apple. Subscriptions are billed to your App Store Account. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

• 4. NO WARRANTIES

• The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that local databases will never experience data corruption. Please export backups regularly.

• 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of the App shall not be liable for any loss of data, privacy breaches due to compromised device security, or damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
