Changes with respect to previous versions are listed below:
Reference version for these change notes.
Version 1.00.1
New functionalities: Thorpe scale and Multi-layer power spectral density are available to users. Reference level $z_0$ and window size for spectral analysis can be now defined by user. The users has the option to use one (fixed) value for surface elevation. Text-files from some results are available.Version 1.00.2
Bug Corrections and improvements. Change on graphical presentation of consecutive wind events. Improvement on the final report.Version 1.00.3
Significance level was added for power spectral densities. Numerical mode decomposition is now available and used to define layer structure for higher vertical modes. Solar radiation is not anymore a mandatory input. Windrose package has been removed. A Diagnosis file has been added. Time Averaged minimum Wedderburn has been modified. Now, there is one for short-time analyzed period (which is averaged assuming a window of 1/8 of internal seiche period) and one for long-time analyzed period that is computed (averaged) assuming the strongest wind event.Version 1.01.0
Modal decomposition has been implemented, in which the solution is performed along the whole period of analysis. This version includes pre- and post-processing to improve the numerical solution, in which the user may change the temporal resolution of the modal decomposition that is solved along the analyzed period. Interwave analyzer provides now temporal variability of wave period for each vertical mode (1 to 5) estimated through the internal wave model for continuous stratification. In addition, the software also provides the temporal variation of the horizontal velocity structure (arbitrary velocity) for each mode and many files that can be used to compute the modeled velocity associate to each mode. \textit{settings file} from the previous version is not anymore compatible with version 1.01.0.Version 1.01.2
Version 1.01.1 was excluded. Thermistors should be specified from 1 to N instead of 0 to N-1 as in the previous versions. More output textfiles have been included. Problems with modal decomposition was fixed. Additional warnings have been added to this user manual
