1. Introduction

Welcome to Intervu (the "App"), developed by Buckeye Software LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Intervu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Services

Intervu is an AI-powered interview practice application designed to help users prepare for job interviews through personalized mock interviews. The App provides:

• AI-generated interview questions based on your resume and job descriptions

• Real-time conversational interview practice

• Detailed performance feedback

• Interview history tracking

These features are designed to help you improve your interview skills.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account, uploading your resume, or creating interviews.

• Only upload resumes and job descriptions that you have the right to use and that do not infringe any third-party rights.

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

• Understand that AI-generated interview questions and feedback are for practice purposes only and may not perfectly reflect actual interview experiences.

• Review feedback and suggestions critically, as they are generated by AI and should not be considered professional career advice.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Intervu offers premium features through subscription plans purchased via the App Store or other platforms:

• Basic Plan: 3 interviews per month at no cost

• Pro Plan: 12 interviews per month with advanced features, available through a paid subscription with a 3-day free trial

Additional terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your device settings

• Interview limits reset monthly based on your subscription tier

• Refunds are only provided as required by law or at our discretion

6. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including resumes, interview transcripts, and feedback.

While we use reasonable security measures, no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account or data.

7. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Use the App to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, including false or misleading information in resumes or job descriptions

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the App

• Interfere with the App's operation or disrupt other users' experiences

• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, and trademarks associated with Intervu are owned by Buckeye Software LLC or its licensors and protected by law.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. You retain ownership of any content you upload (resumes, job descriptions), but grant us a license to use such content to provide the App's services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination, you must stop using the App immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Buckeye Software LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use Intervu, including indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for outcomes of actual job interviews or career decisions made based on practice sessions or feedback.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Intervu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated questions or feedback, or that the App will meet your expectations. The App is intended for practice purposes only and does not guarantee interview success or job placement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
