**Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?**
A: Currently, we do not have an automated password reset feature. Please contact our support team via email or Discord, and we will assist you in regaining access to your account.
### **Subscription & Billing**
**Q: How do I manage my subscription?**
A:
* **For Web (Stripe) Subscriptions:** You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. You can find a link to the portal on your dashboard.
* **For iOS (Apple) Subscriptions:** Subscriptions made through the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID account settings on your iPhone or iPad.
**Q: What happens if I cancel my subscription?**
A: If you cancel, you will retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not auto-renew after that date.

**Q: My microphone isn't working during an interview session.**
A: The app requires microphone access for its voice-to-text AI features. When you first start an interview, your device or browser should prompt you for permission. If you denied it, you will need to manually enable it in your device's privacy settings. **Q: The camera isn't working when I try to record.**
A: To use the recording feature, the app needs access to your camera. Please ensure you have granted camera permissions in your browser or system settings. As stated in the permission request, "This app uses the camera to capture images and videos for interview recording."
