LEVEL 1: General icebreaker questions revolving around their name, hobbies, fun facts, family, and friends. If you had them take a personality test before hand you can inquire them about that as well here before proceeding to the next level.
LEVEL 2: This level moves onto their goals, aspirations, and personal development. Here you may offer them suggestions or small tasks that could guide them closer to their goals.
LEVEL 3: Moving onto the client's thoughts and feelings here you should be able to see how they make decisions whether it be more logically or emotionally driven.
LEVEL 4: A touchier level revolving around religion, culture, and political views. This level looks to better develop cultural humility and competency.
LEVEL 5: Finally, this level ties back into the first level regarding family and friends and anything the client may still want to get off their chest.
