Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) very carefully. By downloading/installing the Interplanetary III application, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you disagree to any term of this EULA, you must not use this application.

Section I: Introduction

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Interplanetary III (“Interplanetary III”, “Wenda (Wendell) Li”, “application”,” us”, or “our”). This EULA governs your use of my application. In addition, this EULA also applies to all future updates and services relating to the application that we may provide to you. This Privacy Policy explains how Interplanetary III collects and uses your personal data when you use the Interplanetary III mobile and desktop applications.

Section II: Advertising

While using the application, advertisements such as video, link, interstitial, and pop-ups will be served to you based on your web-based activities. We collect webpages you visit and provide more relevant ads to you. Serving advertisements supports us to continue to provide premium game experiences to you. These ads are not associated with us. Section III: Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Interplanetary III collects and uses your data when you use the Interplanetary III mobile and desktop applications. Interplanetary III is a paid-game (with optional in-game-purchases). We collect and use some information from and about you in order to improve your experiences while playing the game. If you choose to use this application, then you agree to the collection and use of information as stated our privacy policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy. Section IV: License

Interplanetary III grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, limited, non-sublicense able license to install and use one copy of the application on a single device. Interplanetary III maintains all ownership rights of our application. All intellectual property in our applications, including but not limited to any content, images, graphics, video, audio, text, and other features, and any copies of the application are protected by the copyright laws and international treaty provisions, as well as other intellectual property laws.

Section V: Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for all your activities while using our application. You must not use our app in any unlawful way or against terms of this EULA.

Section VI: Updates

Interplanetary III may update periodically. It is not our obligation to update this application. However, we reserve the right to make changes to any part of the application in any way at any time. This EULA may also be updated. You will be notified, and a renewed consent is required to continue to use this application when this happens. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. You must uninstall this application immediately if you do not comply with future modified EULA.

Section VII: Termination

Uninstalling the application at any time automatically terminates this EULA. Termination also happens when you do not comply with any terms of this EULA. Interplanetary III may also terminate this EULA at any time for any reason without notice. You must uninstall the application immediately upon termination.

Section VIII: Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Interplanetary III EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY, TITLE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH REGARD TO THE APPLICATION. THE APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS’ AND “AS AVAILABLE’. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE AND SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREFORE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. ACCORDINGLY, YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SOFTWARE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMIT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPLICATION NOT FUNCTIONING AS INTENDED OR FAILURE OF THE APPLICATION RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, ABUSE, MISAPPLICATION OR A VIRUS.

Section IX: Additional Terms

You are prohibited from making changes to the application, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling. The right to make changes to the application shall remain the exclusive property of Interplanetary III. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this EULA for the licensing of the application. We reserve the right to terminate this EULA in case of any violations. Interplanetary III has no control over third-party sites that may be linked to this application and therefore is not responsible for any content or functions or third-party websites.
