History

Below is a brief history of InterPaws, event by event.

APRIL 2023

The InterPaws official Discord server was created, with Azertail and Kitbuni as the co-owners. The initial purpose for this was to find more like-minded people and to make friends. This meaning began to change further into the course.

MAY 2023

InterPaws began building its community with people joining from all over the world via Discord. By this time, we have managed to accumulate 50 members on our Discord server. However, past this point, things began to slow.

JANUARY 2024

This was the peak of the Discord server, clocking in at just under 100 members. This number soon began to slowly dwindle as our advertisements weren't reaching as many people.

APRIL 2024

Kitbuni announced their leave from InterPaws and deleted everything they created, thus forcing the entrance of the Dark Ages for InterPaws. This was when the server was no longer being worked on and cared for.

AUGUST 2024

After some time, Azertail stepped in and continued to work on the InterPaws Discord server. At this time, we had about 70 members, which meant we had quite a lot to catch up on.

SEPTEMBER 2024

InterPaws began to expand its influence over to the subreddit r/interpaws. It wasn't very successful due to Reddit's strict Terms of Service and guidelines, but it's still up! InterPaws also announced its official Roblox group for members and developers. This proved to have some success.

OCTOBER 2024

The InterPaws official Minecraft Java server has been created, originally named ProtoHub (sorry ProtoHub). This opened the gateway for our members to tune in and join the fun we have to offer.

JANUARY 2025

A revolutionary change to the InterPaws community has taken place. The official InterPaws website, in which you're on now, has been created. The ProtoHub Minecraft server has been renamed to InterPaws.

FEBRUARY 2025

The InterPaws official accounts were added to Bluesky, Instagram, and YouTube! During this period, a Discord staff member turned against me, deleted all the channels and banned 20+ people. We managed to rebuild the server stronger than ever!

APRIL 2025

The Very Important Fur (VIF) premium benefits were created across the InterPaws community! It can be activated via a Discord Nitro boost (subscription only), reaching level 30+ on the server, or inviting 15+ friends who stay.
