 It is a firing mechanism used in rocket launcher 84mm R/L MK III. 

It involves the following process :

1. Sawing (75mm) 

2. Rough milling (L*B*H) and deburring 

3. Surface grinding (16*9*70.5) and deburring

 4. Milling (9*9*22.5) and deburring

 5. Surface grinding (5*45.5mm in thickness) and deburring 

6. Turning, drilling and threading

 7. Step milling for removing material 

8. Horizontal milling center for profile milling and deburring

 9. Vertical milling center for angle cutting and deburring

 10. Dia 2mm drilling 

11. Manually reducing the radius 

12. Heat treatment and hardness testing (64/62 RHC) 

13. Cleaning and total gauge checking

 14. Quality control inspection 

15. Shot blasting

 16. Phosphating 

17. QC final inspection and issue to sections....

8. Heat treatment and hardness testing (64 – 62 RHC)

10.Polishing

 11.Checking all dimension

 12.Laser marking

 13.Sent to QC for stage inspection

 14.Shot blasting

 15.Crack test by QC 

16.Sent to EDS for Blackening 

17.Sent to QC for Final Inspection....
