To host a Prairie Rose Public Schools International student, please complete the following steps:

• Create a profile for us on our TRUE NORTH site.   This will be one way for us to communicate while you are working with us.  Here is a document that will help you through the process if you get stuck.  You may also want to reach out to Andrea Pillman, our Homestay Coordinator for support.  andreapillman@prrd8.ca

• Please fill in the  online Host Application form or use our Google Form: Host Application Form.

• Provide a Criminal Record Check, that includes a vulnerable sector check,  from local police for each person 18 years of age or older.  This includes anyone who will live in the house for more than 3 weeks during the school year.

• We will ask you for a picture of your home, common areas of your home and a picture of the room where the student will stay.

After you have submitted an application, you will be contacted to have an in-home visit to complete the application process.
