UPDATED Rule no .27. in General rules & regulations page for more clarification .- You can only post your video once via online form. For multiple entries with different films, submit each film independently via online form by using different email ID respectively.

Amendement in Rule no26. Films prior submission should not have been released, uploaded on the internet and screened at any other international or national film festival except for Intra/Inter College competitions orgainised by any college of DPG Group of Institutions, Gurugram.

Amendement in Rule no 28. Film conversations must be subtitled in English electronically except films in English, Hindi, Punjabi & Harayanvi language.
