About IMWHA

The International Model Warmblood Horse Association (IMWHA) is an association for registering Warmblood model horses. We have a free membership, and we are centered in creating a place to share your model Warmblood's results, pedigrees, and more.

We were founded in 2019 by the Mitchell Horse Farm with the idea to bring a better and easier way to organize horses and results everywhere. IMWHA is an international association, allowing horses from all countries to be registered.

This is a model horse site, and all real horses are marked with an (r) and are used for hobby purposes only.

Registration Rules

Accepted breeds: Hanoverian, Holsteiner, Dutch Warmblood, Belgian Warmblood, German Warmblood, Trakhener, Oldenburg, Swedish Warmblood, Frederiksborg, Danish Warmblood, and Westphalian. If you have another Warmblood of a different breed, contact us and we can add it to the list. You can reach us at usmodelwarmbloods@gmail.com.

Horses must have a complete pedigree to be registered as a registered stud. If you want to register your horse for showing, a pedigree is not required but is strongly advised. Some studs without pedigrees may not be accepted.

Aging horses are preferred, but non-aging will work as well. BSO IDs are allowed, Having a picture of your horse is ideal for registry. If you have a model assigned to the horse and the model hasn't arrived yet, a stock image is fine as long as you credit it and send a new one to us as soon as you can.
