Selamat datang — and a very warm welcome — to the International Division of Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia.

As International Commissioner, it is my privilege to lead this vibrant gateway that connects our Scouts with the wider world. For over a century, Malaysian Scouting has stood as a bridge between cultures, ideas, and generations — rooted in our local heritage while embracing the global values of peace, friendship, and sustainable development.

Here, we bring the world closer to our members and take the spirit of Malaysia to the global stage. Whether through international exchanges, educational partnerships, world jamborees and moots, or our work with the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), we empower young people to become responsible global citizens while staying true to their identity and values.

Our division is entrusted to:

• Strengthen bilateral and multilateral partnerships with other National Scout Organizations.

• Champion Diversity & Inclusion, Safe from Harm, and meaningful youth participation in international decision-making.

• Guide and support Malaysian contingents attending regional and world events.

• Uphold Malaysia’s proud role as home to the World Scout Bureau Global Support Centre, Kuala Lumpur — and as a committed voice in shaping the future of world Scouting.

We believe that every international experience — whether it’s meeting Scouts from another continent, serving on a global task force, or hosting friends from afar — is a powerful journey of growth, understanding, and service.
