Szanowni Państwo,
 Informujemy, że w dniu wczorajszym minął limit czasowy dotyczący jakichkolwiek zmian w harmonogramie wystąpień (zmiana formuły wystąpienia oraz zmiana tytułu nie są już możliwe). Jeżeli na stronie występują rozbieżności związane z zadeklarowanym przez Państwa tematem, prosimy o kontakt.

 Wskazany link przeniesie Państwa na platformę discord, gdzie:

 Wyróżnione są cztery kanały głosowe:
 1) Opening ceremony – odbędzie się tu transmisja wykładu inauguracyjnego
 2) Stolik rejestracji – tutaj wszyscy uczestnicy czynni zdalnych paneli wchodzą przed rozpoczęciem obrad sesji, potwierdzają swoją obecność oraz mogą wypróbować swoje prezentacje i sprzęt.
 3) Panel A1/B1 – to właściwe kanały służące do odbywających się obrad sesji.

 Kanał tekstowy będzie służył do zamieszczania informacji ogólnych.

 Aby uzyskać certyfikat biernego uczestnictwa, należy wypełnić załączony formularz najpóźniej do dnia 12.05.2024. Jest to termin nieprzekraczalny, po upływie którego przygotowanie zaświadczeń biernego uczestnictwa nie będzie możliwe.

 Przypominamy, że do dnia 05.05 (ostateczny termin to 10.05) należy przesłać prezentację/poster
 w formatach:
 - prezentacja w formacie .pptx ORAZ .pdf
 - poster w formacie .pdf

 W przypadku nieprzesłania prezentacji lub posteru we wskazanych formatach, organizator nie bierze odpowiedzialności za ewentualne problemy techniczne z wyświetleniem prezentacji.

 Wydrukowany poster należy dostarczyć najpóźniej 15 minut przed rozpoczęciem sesji posterowej. Przypominamy również, że każdy uczestnik czynny wykonujący poster jest zobowiązany do obecności przy swoim posterze w godzinach trwania sesji.

 Informujemy, że w ramach trwających wystąpień odbywać się będzie konkurs na najlepsze wystąpienia konferencji. W ramach obrad każdej sesji członkowie Komitetu Naukowego, członkowie Komitetu Organizacyjnego oraz Członkowie Koła Naukowego Biosfera będą oceniać państwa wystąpienia według wewnętrznego arkusza oceny. Uczestnicy bierni będą mogli zaznaczyć na specjalnych kartach nazwisko prelegenta, który według nich najlepiej się zaprezentował. Wyniki nie będą upubliczniane, a posłużą jedynie do wyłonienia najlepszych wystąpień.

 There are four voice channels;
 1) Opening ceremony – the opening lecture will be broadcast here
 2) Registration table - here all active participants of remote panels enter before the start of the session, confirm their presence and can try out their presentations and equipment.
 3) Panel A1/B1 – these are the appropriate channels for the ongoing session deliberations.

 The text channel will be used to post general information.

 To obtain a certificate of passive participation, please complete the attached form no later than May 12, 2024. This is a deadline after which the preparation of passive participation certificates will not be possible.

 We would like to remind you that you must send your presentation/poster by May 5 (deadline is May 10).
 in formats:
 - presentation in .pptx AND .pdf format
 - poster in .pdf format

 If the presentation or poster is not sent in the indicated formats, the organizer is not responsible for any technical problems with displaying the presentation.

 The printed poster must be delivered no later than 15 minutes before the start of the poster session. We would also like to remind you that each active participant creating a poster is obliged to be present at his poster during the session hours.

 We would like to inform you that as part of the ongoing presentations, there will be a competition for the best conference presentations. During each session, members of the Scientific Committee, members of the Organizing Committee and members of the Biosfera Scientific Club will evaluate your presentations according to an internal evaluation sheet. Passive participants will be able to mark on special cards the name of the speaker who, in their opinion, presented the best performance. The results will not be made public and will only be used to select the best speeches.

Due to numerous questions regarding registration, we would like to inform you that we are extending the possibility of registering active participants until April 14, 2024.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that the deadline for submitting abstracts is April 19, 2024.
