Our Mission
As a department, the Internal Development Team (IDT) commits to providing high-quality training and interview processes to current and incoming members of MidwestRP®. IDT fulfills this mission by providing initial training, professional development, and re-certification courses. Incumbent upon us is the duty to assure quality in all training processes, including guides, efficient interviews, trainings, and day-to-day operations.
IDT appreciates the vital role of each and every member who volunteers their time to aid in the protection of the fundamental quality in our community. As a department, we commit to always putting the interests of the community and IDT's mission statement at the heart of all decision-making.
