Eligibility: Internship opportunities offered by Intern Carnival (the "Program") are open to all individuals who are “Paid” Participants of Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2023 and students .
Application and Selection: Applications for the Program must be submitted through Intern Carnival's website, and candidates will be selected based on their qualifications and availability.
Internship Period: The length of each internship will be specified in the posting and may range from several weeks to several months.
Responsibilities: Interns are expected to fulfill the responsibilities and duties outlined in their internship posting and to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Compensation: The Program may or may not offer a stipend, housing, transportation, or other benefits as specified in the posting.
Confidentiality: Interns must maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information to which they are exposed during the course of their internship.
Termination: Intern Carnival reserves the right to terminate an internship at any time, with or without cause.
Indemnification: Interns agree to indemnify and hold Intern Carnival harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from their participation in the Program.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the internship takes place.
Limitation of Liability: Intern Carnival shall not be liable for any damages resulting from an intern's participation in the Program.
Modification: Intern Carnival reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
